Ali Babar Patra, the 19-year-old Pakistani terrorist who surrendered before the Indian Army along the Line of Control (LOC), has revealed that he is a member of the Lashkar-e-Taiba.
Patra who was among two terrorists cornered by the Indian Army in Uri is a resident of Pakistan's Punjab province

Speaking to reporters in Uri during a press conference called by the Indian Army, Ali Babar Patra gave a message to the youth in Pakistan, saying ‘this jihad is wrong’
He exposed the Pakistani army when he said ‘no civilian can cross over without the Army's hand in it’. He further said he was handed over to the ISI before being trained by the Pakistan Army.
The Army has also given a statement on the money paid and promised to Patra for delivering the warlike stores in Baframulla.
Patra admitted being lied to and misled and said he was told the Indian Army committed atrocities against Muslims in Kashmir.
He further said the Indian Army treated him well and had not tortured or beaten him
Patra was handed over to the police by the Indian Army after the press conference.
