Congress leader Rahul Gandhi renewed his attack on the government over the Lakhimpur farmers killings and demanded the sacking of Union Minister Ajay Mishra.
Lok Sabha witnessed ruckus as opposition members, including Trinamool leaders, trooped to the Well of the House as soon as the House assembled.
Speaking in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi demanded action against the minister whose son is the prime accused in the Lakhimpur case.
"This minister should be removed from the government. He is a criminal," Gandhi said adding that Mishra was "involved" in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence.
As Gandhi continued demanding the ouster of Mishra, BJP members stood up and raised slogans.
Four farmers were mowed down by a car belonging to minister Ajay Mishra in Lakhimpur Kheri in October.
