'Thor Love and Thunder' will give you deja vu, thanks to leaked set photos

Marvel fans loved the romance between Norse God, Thor and earthly scientist Jane Foster.  

A few photos that have surfaced online from the sets of upcoming film 'Thor: Love and Thunder', featuring Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman, indicate that the film will include a flashback scene.

If the look of the actors in the leaked photos are anything to go by, fans will be taken back to the second Thor film, 'Thor: Dark World'

Marvel is being very tight-lipped about the scene. We don't know if its a flashback or an end-credit scene, but we're hoping it will add a twist to the film's plot.

The Dark World was raked up in 'Avengers: Endgame', when Thor went back in time along with Rocket to acquire the Reality Stone from Jane Foster.

Natalie Portman was last scene in 'Thor: Dark World'. With 'Thor: Love and Thunder' she not only reprises the role of Jane, but reportedly also wields Thor's might hammer aka Mjolnir.

Love and Thunder is being directed by Taika Waititi, who also helmed Ragnarok.

Wait, there more! Oscar winning actors and Hollwyood biggies are joining the Marvel franchise with 'Thor: Love and Thunder'.

Actor Christian Bale joins the Marvel franchise as Gorr the God Butcher, the villain of the film, and Russell Crowe will play the role of Zeus, the Marvel character derived from the mythical Greek king of gods.

'Thor: Love and Thunder' will release on July 22, next year.
