Tens of thousands of Israelis protested in Jerusalem on Saturday demanding the resignation of PM Benjamin Netanyahu. The organizers confirmed that 37,000 people were present in front of Netanyahu's residence, making it the largest gathering in the past 11 weeks of the anti-government protests. While the government is facing corruption charges, Netanyahu is also being accused of mishandling the coronavirus. Although Netanyahu continues to remain in office, he is facing trials for 3 corruption cases of bribery, fraud and breach of trust. With death toll nearing 1000, the country's Covid-19 count has crossed 1,13,000 mark. If the government collapses this time, the country will have its 4th general election in less than 2 years of time.
