Trailer released for Apple TV+'s first Korean-language series 'Dr. Brain'

Apple TV+ is hoping its first Korean-Language series, "Dr. Brain," will be a hit with viewers.

"Dr. Brain" is based on a popular Korean webtoon of the same name. "Dr. Brain" stars Lee Sun-kyun from the Oscar-winning film "Parasite" and is directed and executive produced by Kim Jee-woon.

“Dr Brain” follows the brilliant brain scientist Sewon (Lee Sun-kyun) who suffers a horrific personal tragedy when his family falls victim to a mysterious accident. Desperate to uncover what happened, he goes to extraordinary lengths to solve the tragic mystery by conducting “brain syncs” with the dead to access their memories for clues.

The series is produced for Apple TV+ by Bound Entertainment, Kakao Entertainment, StudioPlex, and Dark Circle Pictures. The sci-fi drama premieres globally on Nov. 4, the same date that Apple TV+ launches in Korea.
