After filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu and Lakshmi Manchu have slammed the media trial of Rhea Chakraborty, who has been accused of abetting the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Actor Lakshmi Manchu posted a long note demanding justice not just for Sushant but for Rhea as well.
Calling the media trial unfair, Taapsee tweeted that people must trust the law of the land and its wrong to overtake the judiciary to convict someone who isn’t proven guilty.
