The Lucknow administration on Wednesday filed an FIR against a city hospital accusing it of spreading 'false rumours' over oxygen shortage.

Sun hospital, on May 3, had put notice asking relatives to take away their patients as it was facing oxygen shortage. Following the FIR against it, the hospital said it would move Allahabad High Court over the FIR.

The FIR came a day after the Allahabad High Court called deaths due to lack of oxygen a 'genocide' and mentioned the notice put up by Sun Hospital.
