Forget Delhi's famous chaat or Mumbai's iconic vada pavs- this street food found in Uttar Pradesh, cooked in sand, is becoming quite a sensation.

In a video shared by blogger Amar Sirohi, which is going massively viral, a street vendor in Mainpuri is seen sauteeing potatoes in a large wok-like bowl of sand over a burning furnace. After cooking them for 20 minutes, the potatoes are served hot with a chutney and a unique masala for Rs 25

The Internet is impressed with the unique street food called Bhuna Aloo
