Vertical gardens at the Golden Temple in Amritsar

Around the premises of the Golden Temple, Amritsar, vertical gardens have been set up to give it a green look. The lack of space for a green cover led to this step, of covering the walls with greenery. The saplings have been planted in discarded water bottles. The added green belt aims to improve the environment.
