The Indian Army has released more pictures of Indian and Chinese troops and tanks disengaging from the banks of Pangong lake area in Eastern Ladakh. The two armies had been deployed in an eyeball-to-eyeball position for almost ten months now. Last week India and China started disengaging the troops and tanks after long-standing tussle at the LAC which started after the deadly Galwan Valley clash in June last year. The total disengagement is reportedly going to take another week or 10 days and the strategic heights India has occupied in the south bank will be the last to be vacated in this phase.
