Watch: Under-construction pillar falls on pedestrian

In a horrific accident in Rajasthan's Bharatpur, an under-construction pillar in a market collapsed on two pedestrians passing by. While one of the men had a narrow escape, the other sustained serious injuries and has been hospitalised. Police said that construction work was going on in a shop and the column fell on the road from the third floor.
