Lalit Jha is one of the 6 people allegedly responsible for the plan to infiltrate the Parliament complex.
As police went into action after the security lapse, Jha posted a video on Instagram.
Police said he also sent the video to two people in West Bengal
A teacher, his last whereabouts are recorded from Neemrana in Rajasthan with police noting that Jha is the leader of the intruder group.
Police said Jha, met Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan in Mysuru about 17 months ago.
The plan was hatched in Mysore. Neelam and Amol joined the plan later.
