Swift was dressed in red, white, and blue in the fake photo.
The caption of the shared photo states, "Taylor Swift Wants You To Vote For Donald Trump." The former US president shared the picture saying, "I accept."
Swift has supported the Democratic party in the past but has never publicly endorsed Trump.
