Hezbollah continues to make attempts to target Israel PM, Netanyahu. After drone hit on PM’s vacation home, another strike targeted Netanyahu. Hezbollah drone struck Metula in northern Israel before the PM visit. The report suggested drone exploded 20 minutes before Netanyahu was to arrive. Israel's PM’s convoy was on its way to Metula however, they altered plans after drone strike. Netanyahu was to meet displaced residents of the northern region. But after strike, the PM only met with the army and skipped public meetings.
Netanyahu vowed to push Hezbollah back to the Litani River with or sans deal. "…the key to safely returning residents in the north to their homes is keeping Hezbollah beyond the Litani, striking every bid to rearm..." Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli PM said.
Netanyahu's office said the PM didn't cancel the visit, the security officer set limit. Israel's PM’s security has been heightened since Hezbollah drone hit his home. Lebanese group attacked Netanyahu's home on Oct 23, and a drone hit window. Hezbollah drones have been seen flying in Caesarea, Netanyahu's hometown.
