A traffic sign board in Bengaluru has left social media users in splits as the texts written on it are misguiding the drivers rather then giving them directions.

The signboard reads 'Follow Someone Home', but on a closer look, it actually reads 'Follow Traffic Rules. Someone Is Waiting At Home For You'. But other texts are written in small fonts, hence they are not clearly visible from a far. And this humorous misinterpretation has left people on social media laughing.

The signboard is reportedly designed by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).

Shared by an X user, Sumukh Rao, the signboard quickly gained attention of netizens on the internet. Expressing his amusement towards the signboard, Sumukh Rao wrote on his X, "Whoever thought this was a good sign to put up??? Reads so bad when driving past and you don't see the text in the smaller font."
