Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger on 29th November died at his home in Connecticut at the age of 100.
As America's top diplomat and national security adviser during the Nixon and Ford administrations, Kissinger played a key role in US foreign and security policies.
A controversial Nobel Peace Prize, the Jewish-American was born in Nazi Germany and fled to the US with his family in 1938.
Kissinger had a troubling relationship with India. Under his advise, the US supported Pakistan against India in the 1971 war.
