Lebanon-based militant group Hezbollah has said it twice fired rockets at an Israel military base with videos on social media showing extensive damage to the army facility in Biranit.
The Israeli military confirmed the Hezbollah rocket attack but there was no official comment on the nature of damage.
But multiple videos on X showed vast destruction of military assets at the base that is located in north of Israel. The Times of Israel in its report on the attack quoted an unnamed official who told the newspaper that Hezbollah rocket had sparked a fire at the military base on November 20.
The Israel Defence Forces in response launched artillery shelling on the outskirts of Naqoura and Mount Labouneh in southern Lebanon.
