Soon after the International Criminal Court on Friday issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for alleged war crimes, Kremlin has said that it does recognise the ICC’s jurisdiction and sees 'any such decisions as void from the point of view of law.' Dismissing ICC's move Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said the arrest warrant issued for Putin is 'outrageous and unacceptable.'
