In a relief to embattled former Pakistan PM Imran Khan, Lahore High Court granted protective bail to him in 8 terrorism cases and a civil case after he appeared before the court.
The decision came hours after Islamabad High Court suspended non-bailable arrest warrants against him till March 18 in the Toshakhana case.
The police on March 16 booked Khan under multiple charges, including terrorism, for clashes outside his house.
Out of the 8 terrorism cases, the court granted bail to the PTI chief for 5 cases in Islamabad till March 24 and for the three cases in Lahore, Khan received bail till March 27, as per a PTI report.
