With Israel’s ambition to be a world leader in Artificial Intelligence, PM Benjamin Netanyahu said he will meet Tesla boss Elon Musk to discuss a possible collaboration. The two will meet in the US, where Netanyahu will also attend a UNGA session.
Musk, who has his own AI company, has previously spoken about the potential dangers of the new-age technology. He said hurrying with AI would be like “summoning the demon.”
In his announcement post, the Israeli PM said Musk was “the current leader of the most dramatic development in the new age.” The post also said that the SpaceX CEO is “paving the way that will change the face of humanity and also the face of the State of Israel.”
