Lufthansa has offered ticket refunds and urged its domestic customers in Germany to take the train as flight operations were halted due to an IT system failure, the German carrier said in a statement on Twitter.
Flights were grounded worldwide on 15 February due to an IT outage caused due to the construction work going on in Frankfurt.
While Lufthansa has not revealed when the flights will operate as per their normal schedule, they have said that the team is working towards a solution, according to the official statement.
