A heart-wrenching video of a baby girl from Jordan is doing the rounds on internet.
The 4-month-old, who was reportedly trapped for about 20 hours in rubble can be seen getting rescued.
The girl got trapped in the debris after a four-storey building collapsed in a Jordan city, leaving her holed up in the debris. Miraculosuly, a small passage in the concrete helped her breathe and saved her life.
In a video shared by Jordan Civil Defence, the visiblly bruised baby can be seen being pulled out from rubble by the rescue team.
"The moment the baby Malak was pulled out from under the rubble…moments that will not be forgotten in our memory, and the image of the four-month-old Malak will remain an icon of hope and life,” reads the translated tweet in Arabic.
Meanwhile, the parents' happiness knew no bounds who were hopeful that their child would be back with them.
