Harris and Walz took the stage in Milwaukee right as she was reaffirmed as the Democratic nominee following the state-by-state role call at the DNC.
They entered the stage to Beyonce's "Freedom," which has become an anthem for the campaign.
"I thank everyone there and here for believing what we can do together," Harris said.
Harris is emphasizing the hard work ahead for her supporters as she speaks to fans in Milwaukee.
"We know this is going to be a tight race until the very end," Harris said. "We have hard work ahead of us but we like hard work. Hard work is good work. And with your help, this November we will win."
She then began laying out the contrast she's used to frame the race against Trump: one vision
"focused on the future" and another "focused on the past."
"Wisconsin," she said, "we fight for the future."
