USA: Hyderabad woman seen starving on Chicago street; mother seeks Indian govt's help

The mother of a Hyderabad woman has appealed to the MEA for help after her daughter Syeda Lulu Minhaj Zaidi, who went to the US to pursue a master’s degree was found starving on a Chicago street.

Zaidi's condition was revealed after Amjed Ullah Khan, spokesperson for the Telangana-based party, Majlis Bachao Tehreek shared her video. 

The video shows Zaidi in poor condition as she faces trouble recalling her first name. 

Syeda Wahaj Fatima, her mother has reportedly written to EAM S Jaishankar to help bring back her daughter to India.
