Multiple people were shot at Morgan State University in Baltimore on October 3.
According to police, there is an “active shooter situation” on the campus. The Baltimore Police Department has asked people to shelter in place and avoid the area.
In a post on X, the university said an active investigation is currently underway related to a report of shots being fired on or near campus.
"An active investigation is currently underway related to a report of shots being fired on or near campus. Please stay clear of the area surrounding Thurgood Marshall Hall and the Murphy Fine Arts Center and shelter in place," said the university.
