US presidential hopeful Nikki Haley is reportedly going to withdraw from the race leaving Donald Trump as the sole candidate for Republican party's nomination.
The news comes after Haley lost all Republican primaries in all but one state on March 5. She won the state of Vermont.
She is expected to announce her decision in a speech around 15:00 GMT on Wednesday, from South Carolina state capital Charleston, where she served as governor, the Wall Street Journal and CNN reported citing sources.
The decision comes after Haley bagged a surprising victory over Donald Trump in the Republican primary in the US state of Vermont. It was her second win in the race for the White House in 2024.
