A man in Pennsylvania was arrested and charged on Thursday with third-degree murder for allegedly killing his neighbor to death.
The police responded to a stabbing incident on January 15 and upon reaching the incident site, they found victim Robert Wallace (62) lying in a pool of blood approximately 50 feet away from his residence. They also found multiple stab injuries, The Independent news outlet reported.
Wallace was later rushed to the hospital where doctors pronounced him dead. As per the report, the accused also had a stab injury on his right thigh.
During the investigation, it was found that the police were aware of the ongoing argument between the two over loud snoring. On the day of the altercation, Wallace showed up at Casey's house while he was having dinner. The two first engaged in a verbal fight, which soon turned ugly. Casey stabbed Wallace multiple times with a military-style knife.
Police found blood inside and outside the residence of Casey after forensic pathologists report, following which the accused was arrested.
