The British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is receiving backlash online for his recent comment on LGBTQIA+ people. On Wednesday, he claimed at the Conservative Party conference in Manchester that people cannot be any sex they want to be.

Soon after, his comments went viral and several people started calling him out. Sunak said, "We shouldn't get bullied into believing that people can be any sex they want to be, they can't. A man is a man and a woman is a woman, that's just common sense."

Sunak's comments started a debate online where several internet users reacted by saying that the British Prime Minister 'sounds like a transphobe'. While others reacted by saying that they love conservatives and Sunak is one.

This is not the only thing that Sunak said during his address as he also talked about raising the smoking age by one year every year and also spoke about the issue of illegal migration.
