Reuters journalist killed in Israeli shelling while covering war at Lebanon border

A Reuters journalist was killed in Israeli shelling in south Lebanon on October 13 while covering the war between Israel and Hamas. 

The news agency said that Issam Abdallah was part of the Reuters crew providing a live signal in southern Lebanon. 

Reuters journalists Thaer Al-Sudani and Maher Nazeh also sustained injuries and are seeking medical care, the news agency said in a statement. 

Journalists from Al Jazeera and AFP were also injured while covering shelling in south Lebanon near the border with Israel.
