Titanic submersible came to a grim end with US Coast Guard announcing all passengers onboard are believed to be dead after the craft's debris was found near the search field. Among the five who died after a "catastrophic implosion" of the Titan submersible was Suleman Dawood, the son of Pakistan's billionaire Shahzada Dawood. 

In a telephonic conversation with NBC News, Suleman's aunt revealed that the young man was not keen on joining the expedition at first, but gave in as it was important to his Titanic-obsessed father. 

Shahzada and Suleman Dawood Father-and-son Shahzada and Suleman Dawood were members of one of Pakistan's most prominent families. Their family had said in a statement that they were both aboard the vessel.

Their firm, Dawood Hercules Corp., based in Karachi, is involved in agriculture, petrochemicals and telecommunication infrastructure.

In Pakistan, the Dawood-owned Engro Corporation, a fertilizer company, announced the deaths of the two men early Friday.
