Twitter’s legal head, Vijaya Gadde, the lawyer at the forefront of Donald Trump’s Twitter ban, was heavily trolled after Elon Musk’s indirect criticism.
Musk’s tweet, without naming Gadde, criticised a decision made in 2020 to block a New York Post story about Hunter Biden, son of current US President Joe Biden. He has called the move ‘incredibly inappropriate.’
The story was about Hunter Biden having improper connections to an executive energy firm. Twitter was accused of censorship and later reversed its decision.
Musk was responding to Saagar Enjeti, who referred to a widely shared report about Gadde breaking down in tears after Musk’s Twitter takeover.

Musk’s tweet was followed by trolls going after Gadde. Some have called for her to be fired and some suggest she leave on her own. Gadde and Parag Agarwal, the current CEO, both are expected to be ousted from Twitter, reports say.
