Nancy Joan Gifford on her 104th birthday announced that she will put her 102-year-old Somerset house on sale due to declining health and will be moving to a nursing home in Glastonbury, according to The Independent.

The three-bedroom property was reportedly first bought in 1921 by Nancy's family for 200 pounds (Rs 20,190) and is currently priced at 1,69,950 pounds (Rs 17,15,6289).

Originally, the house was built in 1882 and had a communal well too.
Nancy's family moved in there when she was about 2 years old, as per reports.
