In an appalling incident, a mid-air flight saw ruckus after a fight broke out between a drunk passenger and a flight attendant.

The Turkish Airlines flight which was travelling from Istanbul to Jakarta had to make an emergency landing in Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur in the wake of the heated spat.

The viral video shows a man kicking the cabin crew member, who retaliated, while the other flight attendants can be seen pacifying the situation.

The intoxicated traveller, who has been identified as an Indonesian national, reportedly bit a steward's finger in the heat of the moment.

On the altercation, Turkish Airlines said their concerned employee involved in the fight didn't reflect the company's values. While for the man who initiated the fight, he was detained and a police probe has been ordered in the matter, suggest media reports.
