King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort, visited Hillsborough Castle on Tuesday, where they met with officials and military personnel and signed a visitors book.
The king is on the latest leg of a tour of the nations that make up the United Kingdom following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away last week at 96.
However, a video clip from the ceremony has gone viral wherein King Charles III is seen venting out his frustration after a fountain pen leaked in his hand.
"Oh god I hate this (pen)!" Charles said, standing up and handing the pen to his wife and Queen Consort Camilla.
"Oh look, it's going everywhere," Camilla said as Charles wiped his fingers.
"I can't bear this bloody thing... every stinking time," Charles said as he walked away.
