Mysterious celestial lights streaked across the sky, stunning locals and onlookers in Southern California.

The light show was reportedly seen from Sacramento to San Diego around 1:30 am on April 2, which left onlookers amazed as some of them shared their thoughts on social media and several captured it and shared on X.

Some people claimed that it could be a meteor shower or UFOs passing by. However, experts reported that it was nothing but the remains of the Chinese Shenzhou 15 orbital module.

But the fireball created by the fall of the module generated various speculations ranging from a possible meteor or comet to debris from the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket that took off from Vandenberg Space Force Base Monday evening.
