After the chief of the Wagner mercenary group claimed control of a key military headquarters in the south, unverified videos by an independent Russian TV station published two videos of unidentified armed men lying on the ground outside of the Southern Military District headquarters in the Russian city of Rostov on June 24. The news outlet said the videos were provided by a reader, according to The Kyiv Independent.
