Social media influencer Fidias who had been wanting a hug from Tesla boss Elon Musk finally got his wish fulfilled on January 21, which is National Hugging Day in the United States.
Sharing the moment on Twitter, Fidias posted a photo of Musk hugging him and said that the moment felt like 'simulation.'
During his two-month long chase to hug Musk, Fidias pitched temporaray shelter outside Musks's SpaceX and Tesla offices, reportedly wore a bluebird costume (signifying Twitter logo) and held a signboard that said, "hug me Elon."
Media reports suggest that Fidias was about to give up until billionaire's tweet last month. Musk in a tweet on December 21, 2022 had agreed to hug the YouTuber referring to the request from his kids fans to hug Fidias.
