The weekend is here, and it's time for you to gather your buddies for this week's binge-watch fest. Here is a list of some of the best films and shows that you can watch this week.

Crime Stories: India Detectives

'Crime Stories: India Detectives' is a crime docu-series that follows the Bengaluru police, and documents the working of the force as they probe four major crimes in the city. The series offers a peek into the psyche of a suspect and a rare glimpse into the complex and challenging inner workings of four major crime investigations. 

Kota Factory Season 2
Netflix | September 24
The much-awaited season 2 of 'Kota Factory' is out. The series will follow the life of Vaibhav, a young student on his journey to Maheshwari, one of Kota's leading training institutes, and how he tries to balance his friendships, relationship with his mentor, and the looming pressure of getting into an IIT. Starring Jitendra Kumar, Mayur More, Ranjan Raj & Alam Khan among others, the series is directed by Raghav Subbu.

Intrusion
Netflix | September 22
Director Adam Salky's Netflix film 'Intrusion' stars Freida Pinto and Logan Marshall in the lead. The film follows the story of a couple who encounter a scary invasion when they move to a new house in a small town. The story shows how the home invasion leaves the couple traumatized and suspicious, that those around her might not be who they seem. 

Sunny
Amazon Prime Video | September 23
Starring Jayasurya in the lead, Malayalam film 'Sunny' is based on the life of a failed musician and how he re-discovers himself after losing everything in his life. Produced by Ranjith Sankar and Jayasurya under the banner of Dreams N Beyond, Sankar has also written and directed the movie.

Birds of Paradise
Amazon Prime Video | September 24
Written and directed by Sarah Adina Smith, the film 'Birds of Paradise' is based upon the 2019 novel called 'Bright Burning Stars' by A.K. Small. The film revolves around two dancers at an elite ballet academy in Paris who find their friendship tested when they compete for a contract to join the Opéra national de Paris. The film stars Kristine Froseth, Diana Silvers, Jacqueline Bisset, and Stav Strashko.
