Usually considered a festival, IPL this time around will be a lot different as players will have to abide by the standard operating procedures issued by the BCCI due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Royal Challengers Bangalore spinner Yuzvendra Chahal opened up on the challenges faced in a bio-secure bubble. He said that training and living in the bubble is very different but since they get to practice, nothing more than that is needed. Chahal understands that these are not normal times, so he is mentally prepared to be in the bubble till the situation all over gets back to normal. Talking about the safety measures, the 30-year-old said that even before the positive cases inside the bubble, precautions were of the utmost level. RCB open their IPL campaign on September 21 against the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
