Ahead of the  third phase of the countrywide vaccination drive that is scheduled to begin on 1 May, Delhi CM said the Covid-19 vaccines have not reached Delhi yet but the government has been assured of supply of doses within the next two days. He further said that the vaccine manufacturers have been requested to make available 67 lakh doses each in next 3 months. Kejriwal requested all residents of the national capital to not crowd at the vaccination centres on Saturday when the window opens to vaccinate all in the 18-45 age group. He said proper announcement will be made when the vaccines are available and people with appointments can then start coming to the centres.

He reiterated that the state government is hoping to vaccinate all adults in Delhi against coronavirus within the next three months.
