The Congress party has decided to not participate in the exit polls of the Lok Sabha elections.

In a statement, Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera said that since the results will be out on 4th of June, the party sees no reason to indulge in speculation and slugfest for TRP.

Khera added that the party will partake in debates from 4th June onwards.

The exit polls are expected to be aired after polling concludes for the last phase of the Lok Sabha elections on Saturday.
