Hyderabad: BJP candidate K Madhavi Latha checks IDs of voters at polling booth, draws flak

K Madhavi Latha, BJP candidate from Hyderabad constituency was seen checking voters IDs of citizens in a polling booth on May 13.  As social media users came across this video, they questioned Madhavi Latha by asking, "who gave her the right to check people's ID like this?"

One of the internet users commented, "Who authorised her to verify voters?"

Another user reacted, "Who gave her authority to go inside the polling station and check citizens I'd card ???"

BJP candidate Madhavi Latha is up against the sitting Member of Parliament (MP) AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi. Hyderabad constituency is among 17 Lok Sabha seats of Telangana that is polling today in the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections on May 13.
