The Zoram People's Movement or ZPM looks set to form the government in Mizoram as the party has crossed the halfway mark of 20 seats and is leading in six others.
The ruling MNF is trailing as it has so far won seven seats and is leading in three others.
Chief Minister Zoramthanga is facing a defeat in the Aizawl East-1 seat to ZPM's Lalthansanga, while Deputy CM Tawnluia lost to the Tuichang seat by 909 votes.
BJP has bagged two seats, while Congress is leading in one.
