As Congress holds discussions to pick the next Himachal Pradesh chief minister, supporters of frontrunner Pratibha Singh blocked the convoy of Chattishgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel who has been sent to Simla to oversee the deliberations.
Pratibha Singh is the president of the Congress' Himachal Pradesh unit and also led the election campaign.
