International Yoga Day is being celebrated across the world today and social media is flooded with images and videos of people practicing yoga and talking about its various benefits. Numerous Bollywood celebrities love for this ancient Indian practice and swear by it for their mental and physical well-being. Here is a look at how some of the stars are marking International Yoga Day 2022. 

Kareena Kapoor Khan
Kareena Kapoor Khan shared the cutest post on International Yoga Day. The actor posted an adorable picture of her toddler Jeh trying out the Four-Limbed Staff pose (Chaturanga Dandasana) and mentioned that Balance is an important word in life and Yoga. 

Soha Ali Khan 
Soha Ali Khan shared a glimpse of her Yoga session on Instagram and asked her fans to stay calm and practice yoga. In the video posted by the actor, she is seen performing various asanas including the Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana).

Anil Kapoor
One of Bollywood's fittest actors, Anil Kapoor shared photos of himself performing yoga and urged his fans and followers to do some form of yoga every day for a healthy mind and body. 

Karisma Kapoor
