'Main Atal Hoon' starring Pankaj Tripathi released on January 19, and it seems like the audience is not quite liking the actor’s portrayal of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Indian Express reported that the film earned ₹ 1.15 crore on its first day while on Saturday, it made ₹ 2.1 crore at the box office. According to estimated collection for January 21, the film earned ₹ 2.40 crore. This would bring the film’s total domestic collections to ₹ 5.65 crore. The film had an occupancy 15.81 percent for Hindi language on Sunday.
The film is helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker Ravi Jadhav and is co-written by Jadhav and Rishi Virmani. It also features Piyush Mishra, Raja Rameshkumar Sevak, Daya Shankar Pandey, Payal Nair, Paula McGlynn, and Gauri Sukhtankar in pivotal roles.
