Salman Khan and family bid adieu to Bappa at Arpita Khan-Aayush Sharma’s Ganpati Visarjan

Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan hosts Gansesh Chaturthi celebrations at house in Mumbai every year. This year, she kept the idol of Ganpati Bappa at her residence for a day and on Thursday, the Visarjan rituals took place. Salman visited his sister’s place for the second consecutive day to partake in the ritual. He looked absolutely ‘Dabangg’ in a lavender-coloured shirt along with ripped jeans as he struck a pose for the paparazzi. Salman’s mother Salma, step-mom Helen and brother Sohail Khan accompanied by his son Nirvaan also joined the family for the celebrations. 

Arpita’s husband and actor Aayush Sharma was seen stepping out of the house with Ganpati’s idol. 

A number of Bollywood celebrities, including Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Riteish Deshmukh, and Genelia Deshmukh arrived at Arpita’s residence on August 31 to seek the blessings of Lord Ganpati. 

Salman Khan had also shared a video on Instagram in which he can be seen performing the aarti. Sharing the post, he wrote, ‘Ganpati Bappa Morya!’

On the work front, Salman Khan was last seen in ‘Antim’, co-starring his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. He has several films in the pipeline, including ‘Tiger 3’ with Katrina Kaif and ‘Kisi Ka Bhai.. Kisi Ki Jaan’. He also has a cameo appearance in Chiranjeevi's ‘GodFather’.
