According to the defence officials, the last batch of three Rafale fighter jets is all set to arrive in India by the middle of this week.
Jets are expected to fly directly from France to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where they will be refueled during the flight, just as they have in the past.
Among all Rafale aircraft, the Indian standard jets are the most advanced worldwide, officials noted. They added further that as of now, all aircraft have been fitted with ISE (India specific enhancements) corporation since all ISE's are trained and certified.
India has bought 36 Rafale multi-role fighter jets from France. The first Rafale batch arrived in India in July 2020.
