The Supreme Court on Monday called Delhi High Court's decision to stay bail granted to Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal an unusual move.
This comes after the high court stayed a trial court order granting Kejriwal bail without passing final order.
The top court said that in stay matters, judgments are not reserved but passed on the spot. The observation came as the court was hearing Kejriwal's plea challenging the high court's decision.
The matter will be next heard on Wednesday.
