IPL 2022: As Mitchell Marsh was ruled out of Australia's limited-overs series vs Pakistan, Indian Premier League side Delhi Capitals will also be extremely worried about the fitness of the all-rounder. Marsh who picked up a hip flexor injury is likely to be ruled out for 6-8 weeks as details are awaited from the scans. Marsh had the injury during training ahead of the Pakistan tour which includes 3 ODIs and 1 T20.
The player of the series from the World T20 which Australia won has been troubled with injuries throughout his career and the recent hip injury has cast doubts over his participation in the Indian Premier League too where he was bought by Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2022 Mega Auctions.

Marsh was bought by DC for a whopping Rs 6.50 crore as the franchise was aiming to get the big-hitting Australian in the side for his all-round skills. He was due to join the Delhi squad after the completion of Australia's tour of Pakistan.
